How to use the KUIS online reservation system (KUIS students only)

- Tell us what you would like to talk about
- Check your email – you will receive a link for the meeting
- If you can’t come, please cancel online (you can also e-mail salc@kanda.kuis.ac.jp)
- If you need help, send us an email
- Meet your teacher online using the Zoom link you received in the email. If you are early, you may need to wait in the waiting room until the teacher is available.
- If you wish to share a piece of writing or presentation slides with the teacher, please send it 5-10 minutes before your appointment time (no earlier). Please see the instructions here for how to share it.
Reservations are accepted up to 12 hours in advance.
If you wish to cancel the reservation on the day, please contact the SALC.
