How to make an online or a face-to-face appointment with a teacher:
How to use the KUIS online reservation system (KUIS students only)
- Choose a teacher below – click on the picture. Make sure you choose the correct option of online or face-to-face.
- Choose a day and time.
- Tell us what you would like to talk about.
- Check your email – you will receive a link/instructions for the meeting.
- If you can’t come, please cancel online (you can also e-mail salc@kanda.kuis.ac.jp).
- If you wish to share a piece of writing or presentation slides with the teacher, please send it 5-10 minutes before your appointment time (no earlier). Please see the instructions here for how to share it.
- If you have made an appointment to meet your teacher online, use the Zoom link you received in the email. If you are early, you may need to wait in the waiting room until the teacher is available. If you have made an appointment to meet your teacher face-to-face, go to the Academic Support Area on the 2nd floor of KUIS 8.
