The coronavirus has caused a lot of uncertainty, worry and stress for students in Japan and around the world. In this workshop, we will think about how we can manage these negative emotions, and learn practical steps to remain positive over the following months. 現在の状況により、国内外の多くの学生が心配や不安をかかえていると思います。このワークショップでは、ネガティブな感情を管理する方法やポジティブな感情を維持する方法を紹介します。(このワークショップは6月に開催した内容の再開催となります。)
