A SALC Learning Community is a group of learners who share common academic goals or interests, and meet regularly to learn with and from each other.
In a SALC Learning Community, learners…
- use a foreign language(s)
- contribute to others’ learning
- decide when and how to participate according to their learning needs and desires
- are open to other members joining
- have total control in the community organization
Anyone can join an existing learning community or make a new one.
