Well-Being Awareness Weeks is a special two-week event at the SALC with small, meaningful activities to help you relax and take care of your emotional, mental, and social well-being. It’s a chance to pause from your busy schedule, reflect on how you’re doing, and connect with others- all in a relaxed, welcoming space!
Come join us, take care of yourself while you learn, and feel refreshed- in your own way!
