- Paul Hintgen is an HR professional in Tokyo and started his career by joining a large flagship Japanese IT and electronics manufacturer as a new grad employee. He now works as a Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility lead in a global investment bank and is passionate about a variety of HR topics, especially employee experience.
